Research papers by Researchers
Azerbaijan-Russia Dialogue Club
An informal student-led, expert, and civic platform for direct dialogue. We bring together political science students, cultural figures, businesspeople, and journalists from both countries to build trust and deliver collaborative educational projects.
Analytical Monitoring and PR Support
We conduct systematic monitoring and content analysis of media and social media coverage relating to the bilateral agenda, as well as scientific and cultural events involving both countries. Our aim is to foster an objective perception of Azerbaijani initiatives and joint Russian–Azerbaijani projects within youth, student and academic circles. We track key trends and news triggers in order to respond to challenges in a timely manner and to promote a positive narrative of cooperation, thereby strengthening trust between the professional communities of the two countries.
Expert Analysis and Research
We prepare analytical reviews of cultural, educational and scientific events held within the framework of Russian-Azerbaijani cooperation and interregional engagement (incorporating the experience of Tatarstan and other regions). Our experts study successful case studies, identify best practices and develop recommendations for the further advancement of humanitarian ties.
A Communications Platform and Student Diplomacy
The Club creates a unique forum for direct dialogue between students, experts, cultural figures, entrepreneurs, and journalists from Azerbaijan and Russia. We organise discussions, roundtables, forums, and cultural events, fostering the development of horizontal, person-to-person connections. A businesslike approach, combined with a deep commitment to Russian-Azerbaijani friendship, enables us to bring vibrant initiatives to life.
We firmly believe that today’s young students, researchers and creative leaders are laying the foundations for lasting ties between Azerbaijan and Russia for decades to come, working in line with the Declaration of 22 February 2022 (paragraphs 42–43) on deepening humanitarian, scientific, educational and cultural partnership.
Azerbaijan-Laos Dialogue Club
An informal student-led, expert, and civic platform for direct dialogue. We bring together political science students, cultural figures, businesspeople, and journalists from both countries to build trust and deliver collaborative educational projects.
Strategic Monitoring & Public Diplomacy
We provide systematic, real-time analysis of media and social media coverage concerning the Azerbaijan-Laos bilateral agenda. By tracking key trends, news triggers, and public sentiment, we foster an objective and positive narrative of Azerbaijani-Lao cooperation. Our goal is to preemptively address challenges, amplify the success of joint initiatives, and strengthen trust between our academic, youth, and professional communities.
Expert Analysis & Historical Legacy
We prepare in-depth analytical reviews dedicated to important milestones in our joint cooperation in the cultural, educational, and scientific spheres. Our experts closely examine the rich heritage of thousands of Lao specialists who received their education in Baku during the Soviet period (many of whom later became prominent statesmen), and also analyze contemporary diplomatic achievements—in particular, our club cooperates with the Azerbaijan—Laos Friendship Society. We analyze successful cooperation experience to develop practical recommendations that contribute to the further development of our humanitarian ties.
Youth Diplomacy & Direct Dialogue
The Club is a central platform for open and equal dialogue among students, experts, cultural figures, and entrepreneurs from Azerbaijan and Laos. A striking example is the high-level meeting between the two countries scheduled for October 2026 in Baku; our club has served as a mediating platform for contacts between the two governments in preparation for it. In addition, we hold roundtables, forums, and cultural events that bring together alumni associated with Azerbaijan and today’s youth.
Our club, recognized by the Embassy of the Lao People's Democratic Republic in the Russian Federation for its invaluable contribution to educational diplomacy and humanitarian ties with Azerbaijan, serves as a dynamic bridge of trust and mutual understanding.
